Your weekly limit is your target number of alcoholic beverages for the week. By selecting a weekly limit you will be setting a clear intention to stay aware of your total intake — helping you develop a more mindful approach to drinking.
During your first onboarding to Less, we will suggest a recommended weekly limit that is lower than your self-reported current weekly intake.
If the recommended limit doesn't feel appropriate, you can easily increase or decrease your limit.
To adjust your weekly limit after onboarding, simply head to your Settings (upper right of the 'Me' tab), tap 'Weekly Limit', and use the + / - buttons to update your limit.
